Beware of disabling things in Device Manager unless you really know what you are doing. Having trouble signing in? No Device Driver found in Installation and Upgrade.

It was helpful to hear that some usb vid 138a&pid 0007 gotten the message even on fresh installs of Win 10, because mine is upgraded and I thought that could be part of my problem. I had to do a search on the Vend and Pid, found this, and whammo. New 23 Oct 138a&pie have the same issue.
